Player of The Day

Running up to get a try I got tackeld and when I got takeld .But then a sudden suprise came as the ref blew the whistel...BOOM CLASH OUCH thats all I could hear that's when I turned around and gusse what I saw.

A person from carlton green and a few other boys heads colided. So the ref called it "Marist ball carlton back five".My freind Ellie ran and Benji Marshall passed to me and then I barched through and steped 6 players and got a try that got the winning try 8-7 and calton green was undeafeted well not now there not.

The coach awarded the player of the day to me.And I got a pass to rainbow's end.

keep your eyes on the ball.

“IRELAND,IRELAND”!I heard someone shout , even from the outside I could hear it. When I walked in I saw who was shouting. And what a surprise !It was Mr Jacobson in an Irish costume with painting on his face and an Irish flag as a cape. Mr Burt announced “Your topic for term 3 is Keep Your Eye on the Ball”! Keep your eye on the ball is about the Rugby World Cup 2011.


The teachers all did items but my favourite was team 2 ,my mum was in it.They did a chant about Manu Samoa, England, AND THE AWESOME ALL BLACKS.It was funny because my mum forgot the words.Miss Glaze was dressed up as a england rugby player and Miss She was a all black and my mum had a Samoan cape and face paint of the flag.

I am looking forward to the topic this term because it’s fun for our school and it’s special to New Zealand. I reckon that I will be good at this topic.

Skateboarding

Skateboarding was first started in 1950 in California because surfers had the idea of surfing on the streets. No one knows who created the first skateboard but several people had the same idea at the same time.

These first skateboards were made out of wooden boxes with roller skate wheels slapped under the board. Many people got badly injured and hurt riding those.

After a bit the boxes got changed into plank. More recently companies produced skateboards with decks made out of layers of wood. These days if you hear some people ask “Who was the first person to create skateboards?”, then you could say that it was surfers who came up with surfing on the streets.
What do you think skateboarding in the future will be like?

Scorpion Mortal kombat.

Scorpion is a character on mortal kombat . He is the most strongest of them all.Him and sub zero are the best team.Did you know that when your in hell grounds he takes his mask off and a big fiery face comes out and eats you.My favorite move is dram to hell,it's when he goes down gets your foot and drags you down to hell.

Immersion Assembly

Coming in to the Immersion Assembly, I was so excited because my mum was in team 2. Finally it was my mum's turn. It was sometimes embarrassing because she was dancing hard out.
“Now it’s time for team 3 “Mr Burt announced in a mysterious voice. As they enter the stage, they brought on an enormous beaker. They threw a multitude of ingredients into a beaker and out exploded Miss Walters, wearing a soap costume and a pink wig that looked like foam. Miss Lavakula did a rap called baby baby wash your hands. Miss Walters wore a wig that looked like bubbles.
At the end we went down back to class and that was the end of the immersion assembly.

Going to Hop.

In the holidays I went to see Hop at the movies. I went with my cousins and my aunty and uncle. It was funny at the start. It was about a chick wanting to become the Easter bunny even though he wasn’t a rabbit. The easter bunny’s son, E.B. didn’t want to be the Easter bunny because he thought he should be a drummer He had a talent at drumming. He left his home Easter Island because his dad stressed him to be the Easter bunny too much. When his dad found out, he sent the Pink Barrets (they are 3 girl spies.) E.B. went to Hollywood and found an unemployed man called Mike. Mike had a appointment for a gaming center .But back at Easter island the second boss was a chick and he was so angry he explained a plan to the chicks and said, ”We will trap the Easter bunny.” The little Easter bunny came back and saved the day with his friend Mike. So they got presented, both of them, to be co-Easter Bunnies. It ended.
Unfortunately my cousin didn't sleep over again. so I was so sad I asked my dad if I could sleep over,he said no so I went home and went to sleep.
